Stop tanks from shooting when core is activated

Before posting, make sure that:

If it already exists, like that instead to increase the chances of it being added!

THE TANKS ARE ANNOYING BECAUSE THEY WILL SHOOT YOU WHEN THE CORE IS ACTIVATED. THOSE PEOPLE LIKE ME HAVE NO TIME TO RESPAWN AND TURN PVP OFF WHEN CORE IS ACTIVATED. SO PEOPLE WHO ARE UNFORTUNATE WILL GET THEIR CAR DESTROY BY TANKS!
STOP THE TANK FROM FIRING WHEN CORE IS ACTIVATED!!!

It’s hard to hit a moving target and there’s more than enough time to respawn and get to the copter
