Some questions about starting over

i want to ask some questions about the start over option on cc2, because i’m thinking about starting over

  1. do i lose my titles?
  2. do i lose the car upgrades?
  3. do i lose limiteds (like the old formulas)?
  4. do i have to do all the missions again to earn the cars (like the drifting legend)?
  5. do i lose parts?
