Does booster give parts?

If we are talking about the Rocket Booster, than not really. The Rocket Booster just gives you more speed, so if you wanted to crash into something it would cause twice, if not more, amount of damage for the car. Which in turn would get you ‘more parts’.
Overall, nothing gives you more parts. It can just allow you to receive all the parts from the car, tank, lorry, etc. The only thing you can get more of is the money, as that does have gamepasses which adds the value to the amount already there. But not in terms of parts, just money.
Overall, and in short, the gamepass does not ‘give’ more parts, it just allows you to receive more parts from the car (or whatnot) if you didn’t have it on.
