GUYS WE HAVE A MYSTERY TO SOLVE

Remember the no planes protest guy? i think he was so stupid he made a return. Basically i was scrolling thro the posts and tapping random ones. then this one caught my eye, WarMachine105677. Yes i know its WarMachine195679 (protest guy) but after some research, i found out that WarMachine105677 uses the same pfp as WarMachine195679. Any help to solve this mystery?
