attaches a rope to the cars center, front or back depending on whats closer, then it has the walls like the tornado or the wall scraper (runs fully up the wall) it will be about as tall as the tornado but as wide as the wall scraper. then the thing that the car attaches to wont be touching the roof, it will be like the spinner in the wall scraper but taller, a little more than in the middle in a sense.
