Answer: you can drive by car when you ragdolled after when you broke car totally you just fell under map

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
- Take a car
- Drive as fast as you can into something that ragdolls from car
- Sit into car in ragdoll state
- Crush tour car completely
- And you just fell under map
