Saw this while driving, I dont know what causes this as it was fine earlier.

judging by the 8/14 i’d assume you have the vehicle already
and since you have max credits (and a bit more) my guess is that because you can’t get any of the rewards and the event isn’t complete the cycling that shows the rewards show nothing, hence it disappears
however i’m also in the same situation but this didn’t happen to me
