What is the bug?
Answer: Idk if this is really a bug but, when i got 1T money the game said that i got the chat color and Over-Head title, i opened settings to apply it and it was still locked, i reset my character and it was still locked, only when i got more money i was able to enable the over-head title and chat color.
How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: Only that one time

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
- Get 1T money and try to go to settings and enable the over-head title and chat color
