Hi, I know the new helicopter is great and all, but it could be too excessive to small amounts of people. I would add the old helicopter back and make it spawn at a specific server player count. If there are less than 10 players we could have the old helicopter spawn in, but any more than that will result in the new helicopter spawning in.
Regarding people joining the server while the old helicopter is spawned, I suggest the server to be locked from joining, to prevent anybody being left out, since the old helicopter has limited seats.
For VIP servers the owner can choose which helicopter can spawn in during the meltdown.
