New Road with parking lot / gas station / and stores

I’d like to suggest a new road with some stores, a parking lot, and a gas station on the side of it. It would give a new area for role play while also making the area outside the facility more interesting

There is probably a underwater oil place we’re they have those huge oils wells on the water
