Make the warning text about the core explosion in the middle

Because i can’t spawn a car to change my vehicle when the countdown starts. And the warning text is preventing me to click the spawn button.

It should adjust when you open the dealership, doesn’t it do that for you?

Sometimes it works but sometimes it doesnt. Last time i reset the game then it works.
