That’s a variant of the M3 submachine gun.
This is the flamethrower variant of the M3A1 Stuart (which itself is a variant of the M3 Stuart).

Ahead of me in suggesting, it should have its flamethrower as an offensive weapon for PVP in the destruction facility and in derby.

For derby it can have a limited fuel tank in the special slot that you use up quickly when using the flamethrower and in tank battles it will have a nerfed burning effect on other tanks.
