Increase max platina storage (when I bought all the transport for platina)

i think 2500 platina not enough to next bigger updates with vehicle, that cost more than 5000 Platina. I suggest to increase max platina storage to ~6000 Platina

The cap increases when a more expensive vehicle is added
It was at 10k on release so players can instantly buy the mega vehicles that were considered in the same update but weren’t when they come
