Improvement and expansion on racing

  • Singleplayer races with CPUs
  • Campaign (though this is a bit unlike CC2)
  • Championships and cups
  • Vehicle-specific races to encourage use of other cars.
    • eg. FF drivetrain race, compact car race, 1980s race. Single-manufacturer races have already been touched upon in a recent event.

The game should dip its toes a little more into racing… I don’t know about others but personally racing gets boring after a while because most players are using meta vehicles and there isn’t much variety in either vehicle feel or race conditions to adapt and grow with.

TLDR My opinion is that races in the current state are more of a moneymaking device for the player rather than something I can sink actual time into + it seems to be crutched by event missions

99 percent sure the meta for that race is gonna be the f40 or 959
still though we need more variation in races

Categorized races would be really cool :prettycoolngl:

I like the idea but I don’t want my cpu to escape. I already have enough slowness on my computer, I couldnt cope with my 1 core leaving me.

a racing expansion is cool, but honestly the race class balancing needs to be fixed because there are some meta cars that are far too dominant, this also extends to fixing the shitty steering angle some cars have

The CLK’s steering rack has chewing gum stuck to either side lol

if you break off the rear and front of an apollo ie it can get a sub 1:07 lap time on hickory valley speedway because of how broken the steering is without the rear weight

i can tell this is gran turismo influenced with the vehicle specific races

i know uve been playin gt3,

not just GT3 in specific, but one make races have been a staple since GT2 as a whole

just gran turismo in general idks
