honestly you should just add back the progress you have without value upgrades alongside the new format as the new list always fluctuates due to new cars, the old format is fixed unless theres those tiny adjustments every month

going on a minor deviation
im going to max all free vehicles, followed by all remaining vehicles that don’t have rim/tire options (which unfortunately includes the tramcar), alongside all remaining fictional vehicles
then i go back to platina vehicles
and the snow cruiser has 5 spoilers left
