It’s because the actual speed it recorded is something like 436.6kmh and the game rounded it
You should retry the task

I already did it but it’s still can’t continue

Record a video of you exceeding the speed (If you reach exactly 437 km/h it wont count because the game arounds up the decimals)
You need to go over 437 km/h
