I think that not only just better incentives would be good, but you can customize what you get for each day, say you can replace the booster for the third day into say 30 Mp, would make for an even better reason to grind, since you have something you want to grind for. Say you can also replace Mp rewards, say you can turn the 40 Mp reward at the seventh day into a 20 minute boost that you can choose from, and you can turn the 15 Mp rewards into say 5 minute boosters (5 minute boosters are not ingame but it would be cool to see them be able to exist and be sold for about 5-10 Mp each).

TL:DR: Allow for customizing your own rewards so you can grind for something you want.
