Answer:Everytime It’s still there even now.

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
1.I didn’t understand it either. I logged into the game a while ago, I don’t remember the date, but when I was driving around row 4, I realized that Premium Crusher was active. I was shocked. That’s how it all happened.
