What is the bug?
Answer: An item bug, although it is more of a glitch or an exploit.

What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
- First you press E which gets you in vehicle.
- When E is pressed you can quickly equip an item and it will allow you to hold the item inside of a vehicle. Not only that but the item also works.

Is the bug related to GUI or something that only happens for you? (GUI = the dealership, derby win screen or any other interface)
