I get the idea of the concept but this whole “New vehicle that can be unlocked for a limited time” every update especially with how the Mission Points are setup where if already have some in reserve they raise the cost of it (Which is honestly stupid in itself) and you might be trying to grind for one car and then another gets added like a couple weeks behind it so having to grind for 2 now, I think this is not healthy for the game especially for some completionists like myself, already had to get probably half of the vehicles with Robux cause either missed one and lost my streak for the 40 MP and unable to get enough or simply dont have enough time to do enough daily missions and recently missed one limited car.
There definitely needs to be changes in the MP setup but IMO this is just another stunt by Pan to get more microtransactions into the game. Overall the limited time vehicles should just be scrapped and those only be reserved for like holiday events ie: Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, maybe the game’s B-Day. Also some limited cars should come back into rotation if gonna keep this concept.

im not sayin this cos im defending pan
im sayin it cos i feel like u just cant be bothered to play the game for 2 weeks straight just to get enough mp points to get the limited
but fair point, the limited system needs a reform, but it shouldnt be scrapped

Sir not everyone has the time in life to play a game for 2 weeks straight. And that’s what I am getting at, it either needs a rework or it needs to go.

no not 2 weeks straight
like just do the mission quickly and then not play the game

i kinda side with jerry here
i get that you may not have time to play the game 24/7 and i would hope thats the case for everyone, but daily missions may take a max of like 30 minutes but usually take much less time, if you cant take that much time out of your day for a couple weeks each day then you probably shouldn’t even be worried about the limiteds
the reason they have limited vehicles is because it helps boost engagement and that’s kinda how the devs make any sort of profit off this game so you cant just “remove limiteds” and expect them to keep up a steady income

I think the way limiteds are as of now is okay, but the MP obtainment system isn’t, and that’s what needs a rework

kind of a natural direction most developers go with racing games tbh

yeah theres not really many ways to go with this game style on roblox anymore, people arent as interested in stuff like this and those who are interested go to games off of roblox with much more time and effort put into it

I feel like one of the main points he’s trying to get here is how you could be put at a disadvantaged position when you’re currently trying to unlock a new limited, and then another limited comes out and stacks on top of it, which is pretty irritating
however, I will agree that the time investment into doing a daily mission isn’t very high, they usually don’t take very long, only around 30 minutes at max

i support this claim but only because they’re exspensive
limiteds should be 200 AT MOST

ok so this is my personal opinion
at first i was talking with my dad about this, and i thought that maybe they were doing it for playtime
my dad said “then how would roblox or panwellz make money”
he explained “this is social engineering, they use the fear of missing out to make you rush and buy the limited with robux”
he then said “or for the people that are smart enough they do mp, but what’s the point of getting limiteds if it isn’t going to help you get straight a’s”
and that is why i don’t get limiteds anymore

yk why i do limiteds? freetime. i have way too much freetime, so much that i actually hate it because of how much free time i have to think, overthink, etc.
i would love to do more missions not because of the mp or the cars but because i literally have nothing to do and no games are interesting anymore and i cant drive so i cant go out and just chill or hang out with the few people that i know outside my family
