It’s the timer from when the mini update was gonna come out. The update has already come out and the time is now for, as ZanZlan said, for when presents will fall from the sky.

I think they have specific locations where they spawn, I’m not sure

But I always find the common one in a specific location

Also all the present drops are synced with one another so you can’t just server hop
