What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. So friend joined first in game and said in dc that someone pressed core nuke said join to me then i
    started joining after some time while nuke still in progress, joined the game
    my character turned into black coal then in the progress of nuke ending it I lost not that much hp
    and then the orange screen was stuck inf. didn’t reverse back to normal or anything.

due to the core explosion while the game was still loading,
the explosion made the loading take more time than it should
it already happened to me, and it took the triple the time as it take normally

There is another bug i discovered and it is the facility alarm still going when you did not survive and it rarely happens
