Central race hub - combine all race hubs into one

I see people get confused all the time when a new limited race is added, because they don’t know which hub it’s located in. So why not just combine all the races into one hub? Put it outside Row 3 (or use the one already there) and make it have a slightly altered appearance from the rest of the race hubs.

Instead of the camera showing a track preview in the background, it will show the map, with points of all the current race hubs highlighted (also, maybe colour hubs with a limited-time/event race red). Hovering over a point will then show the races that race hub hosts. Clicking on a point then takes you to the track previews of that race hub, like they do currently.

All the other race hubs will work as they do currently, but instead of just the exit button there will also be a button to go to the map.

This could also add the possibility for another type of races: Facility Races - Races that start inside the Facility.
