Maybe create a cargo plane that can spawn and fly by, but it drops a cargo crate containing money, credits, or a new car. Maybe a one life time game pass. On top of the cargo crate there is a flare duck taped to it. So that a person driving around can see it and grab it.

Not a new car, but if you get enough money to unlock a new car from the cargo bonus crate, you can get a new car, just like race competitions!
