What is the bug?
Answer: When activating the Escape Meltdown (nuke) and then entering the dealership to spawn a car near the end of the countdown (around 2 seconds left), the car does not spawn, but you still receive the money and parts and the player spawns somewhere on the map. Additionally, all rocks, trees, and roadways disappear, and attempting to respawn the car spawns you high up in the air, also not being able to move.
How often does the bug happen? (Everytime, sometimes or rarely)
Answer: Sometimes (requires specific timing with the nuke countdown and car spawn).
What device did you play on? (Computer, Phone, Tablet or Xbox)
Answer: Computer (PC).
What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:
1.Start the Escape Meltdown (nuke) event.
2.Enter the dealership to pick a car.
3.Wait until there are about 2 seconds left on the countdown
4.Spawn a car from the dealership
5.Observe that the car does not appear, but you still get money and parts
6.Notice that rocks, trees, and roadways disappear and the player is somewhere on the map
7.Try to respawn the car – it spawns the player up in the air with not being able to move

Yes/No: Yes – the bug only appears for the player who spawns the car at the exact timing; others on the server don’t see it happen simultaneously.
