Camera is not working properly

The camera is not working properly, the camera only focuses on the car and if I get out I can’t have it switch to my character. This has been happening every time I’ve been playing for the past 4 days. I don’t know if it’s just me or if this is happening to other users, or even if it’s only a desktop problem.
