What steps do you need to take for it to happen? List them in very high detail:

  1. Just get it to spawn near the platina houses

Is the bug related to GUI/Interface on the screen? Or did the bug only appear for you? Check yes if the bug didn’t happen for everyone in the server at the same time.

No it’s just random you still survive but I don’t know why it really happens

No, I could not find it there.

What is the bug?

When escaping the Energy Core event using the escape boat, the boat does not leave the area fast enough. Because of this, the explosion shockwave can still reach the boat. (i know this is not a bug but it still is something that should defenently be fixed.)

How often does the bug happen?
Everytime (only at that boat spawn point)

What device did you play on?
Computer

What steps do you need to take for it to happen?

Wait for someone to activate the Energy Core.

Go to the escape boat location.

Enter the boat before it leaves.

The boat starts driving away.

The explosion shockwave still reaches the boat because the boat doesn’t move far enough away in time.

No, the shockwave doesn’t kill anyone. What I mean is that the boat doesn’t despawn fast enough during the Energy Core event. When the Energy Core explodes, the boat can still stay in the water for a short moment instead of despawning immediately.
