What is the bug? Answer: Arelia Rimid, and likely other vehicles’ jumps possess a similar bug where only the first attempt on the stunt jumps will be recorded. Attempts to circumvent this through server-hopping will not solve the issue. It is implied that only if all servers are reset and the previous attempts are removed can other stunt jumps be recorded (which starts this cycle again)

You seem to have low FPS in some parts (maybe it’s the wifi here at school tho.) Maybe try to go to a place with a better connection if it is laggy on your side.
I see, must land with near perfect orientation. Edit: But this is still weird since other missions such as Ridge Rock Descent does not have this requirement, so does this imply specific requirements were implemented for specific stunt jumps, or is this truly a bug?
You breaking half the vehicle as you landed broke the game most likely. In fact i think your wheels may have never even touched the ground until some time later
