If you drive a little far out into the ocean you will run into this wall of water and if you cross it you’ll be underwater but at the same time you’ll be able to walk
it seems to happen even if i rejoin

You will teleport to the lobby if you go to far, but you can teleport back to your car. I think its a fun place if you have your car with you.
