click view vehicle and you can choose all cars how nuke truck or p1000-ratte

Answer: people can spawn any car in custom servers when they are in neutral team and spawn cars through mission hub

when you have mission with car, press view vehicle(s)

and done, you have entered the dealership with all cars with no restrictions when youre in neutral team
