Adjust Derby tier for some vehicles

IDK if you have noticed this, but several vehicles in CC2 are miss-tiered (Having a higher or Lower Derby Tier than they should.) & Panwellz almost never changed these since Derby was 1st added! Here are some vehicles that should have their Derby Tier changed:

  • Cadlicon President (Cadillac One): Tier 2 → Tier 1

  • Atavan Groundhog 8x8 (Avtoros Shaman 8x8): Tier 1 → Tier 2

  • Heavy Bank Transport (International 4000 Series 4700): Tier 3 → Tier 2

  • Forter T-185 Flatbed Truck (Ford F-800 Flatbed Truck): Tier 3 → Tier 2

  • Paganotta E35T: Tier 2 → Tier 1

  • Tessel Cybermech (Tesla Cybertruck): Tier 2 → Tier 1

  • Campbell-Napier Blue Bird (Campbell-Napier-Railton Blue Bird): Tier 2 → Tier 1

  • Luxima Excel Model S (Volkner-Mobil Performance S): Tier 2 → Tier 3

Anyways, those vehicles are all I have in head right now. Lemme know if you have more ideas of vehicles that should have their Derby Tier adjusted or not that I might’ve forget here.

I think the caddy limo is alright at tier 2: it’s heavily modified and is heavy irl so it correlates well into cc2

Also if the Blue Bird can be a tier 2, then the Tram Car should also be a tier 2

Well, the Blue Bird has a pretty s*!tty defense for its Tier, not even 100 & an attack rating not much better either.

Speaking of the Tramcar, I never took much attention about it, tbh

I would kinda agree for the Bluebird because if I compare that to a stock Bugatti Tourbillon for example:

Bugatti Tourbillon:
Speed: 446 km/h (277 mph)

Acceleration: 20.1

Handling: 16.6

Attack: Probably between 125-130

Defense: Around 120-130

Tier: 1

Campbell Blue Bird:
Speed: 438 km/h (272 mph)

Acceleration: 18.4

Handling: 8.2

Attack: Probably around 130-150 (I forgot)

Defense: 65

Tier: 2

the cybertruck should be t1 but heavily nerfed
because it is one of the few cars in cc2 that turn like they should, weights a lot, has awd AND is rear engined, has 18 plus acceleration, and a wedge plow to boot
but placing it on the same tier as the trelet 4x4 is a bit much

Imo, The Blue Bird would get immidiately dominated against almost every single other Tier 1 vehicles in Pro servers (Sry for the late response)
