Scissor lift:
a scissor lift is a slow turning, slow moving vehicle used in construction or other uses when you need to get to a higher location with more materials than can be convenient on a ladder or something similar. Not only would a scissor lift be a fun concept with an ability that would be able to lift and or lower the entire vehicle, it could also be useful to help obtain the orange orbs in the new island.
