Add tires track marks when burning rubber or drifting

Car’s tires leave behind black marks when drifting or burning rubber, i bet dirt splashing when drifting on dirt would be preferable.

I’d say the only problem I’d see with it would be that weird thing where tire marks appear in the air, and with a game like CC2 that is guaranteed.

Unless there is a patch for that most games don’t use or something.
