Add Mopetti Mini Window Tint

If it already exists, like that instead to increase the chances of it being added!

I just unlocked the “Mopetti Mini” today, and while customizing it, i realized there isn’t an option to tint it’s window.

I thought this was strange, because pretty much every other car with windows has this option, while this one does not.

One could argue this is due to it’s window being tiny and pretty irrelevant, however, there are lots of cars with small windows which ARE tintable, most notably the “Arelia Proton”, which windows are so indescribably miniscule, that i’m surprised anyone even remembered they exist.

It’s really not that big of a deal, but this would be nice to see this added to the game.
