Abnormally high scrap increment values after driving a car with max scraps

Spawning a vehicle which has its scraps at its respective limit (in this case, I used the Focus RS, which has a scrap limit of 2,000) then respawning a vehicle that has not yet reached this limit, causes that vehicle to visually gain an abnormally high amount of scraps.
Device: PC
Steps to replicate:

  1. Spawn a vehicle which has reached its scrap limit (for this example it was the Focus RS), making sure not to damage it
  2. Respawn a different vehicle which has not yet reached its scrap limit
  3. Crush the vehicle
